VOUCHER HOLDERS WELCOME
At least one household member must be 62 years or older as of the lottery date. Applicants for the 3 Community Based Housing units must meet program eligibility criteria. Applicants income and assets will be taken into consideration when calculating minimum income requirements for rent affordability. All applicants must meet the properties tenant selection criteria.
7 ADA accessible units are available. Preferences apply please see the application and website for additional information.
